Molly Strader Fruit is responsible for the company’s external and management reporting processes, internal control functions, and ADM’sinsurance and risk management department.She joined ADM in 2007 and has held a broad array of leadership positions in controlling, credit and finance, Global Financial Services, Global Credit and Carbohydrate Solutions.
Prior to joining ADM, Molly Strader Fruit worked in public accounting. She holds an MBA and an undergraduate accounting degree from Millikin University in Decatur,Illinois. She is a Certified Public Accountant. We asked Molly to share her perspective on the following questions:
